Assistant Company Secretary

  • Form 7 or above, University degree graduate preferred, major in in corporate governance or related discipline
  • 2-3 years' relevant experience in company secretarial field
  • Experience in setting up and maintenance of HK & others major offshore jurisdictions companies
  • Knowledge of CSA is preferred
  • Familiar with PC skills in MS Word, MS Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Proficiency in Chinese and English
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, proactive, work independently and eager to learn
  • Able to perform multi-tasks and work under pressure

Job Duties:
  • Handle full set of company secretarial matters of clients 'companies in both Hong Kong and offshore
  • Consult clients' enquires in face-to-face meeting, by a phone call or an e-mail
  • Liaise with internal and external parties for all company secretary related transactions
  • To assist in ad hoc corporate projects
