Assistant Compliance Manager / Compliance Manager

About the role

  • Leed a team to develop and maintain an effective compliance infrastructure to accommodate regulatory requirements
  • Sound knowledge of SFO, Companies Ordinance and other rules and regulations applicable to securities businesses or fund management
  • Perform regular review and comment on internal compliance guidelines, policies and procedures
  • Handle internal and external compliance audits and enquiries
  • Conduct compliance training to internal staff

What we're looking for
  • Degree holder in Accounting/Finance/Law or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years relevant compliance experience, preferrly gained from banking/securities broker/regulatory body
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
  • Lesser experience will be considered as Assistant Manager or Executive
