Assistant Coordinator or Coordinator of Air Export / Import

Job Descriptions:

Daily works include, but not limited to:

  • Handle full set of air export or import shipments;
  • Handle daily operation related inquiries and correspondence;
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth shipment process.


  • HKCEE / HKDSE or above.
  • Proficient in English & Mandarin with good communications skills;
  • At least 1 year of air freight forwarder customer service experience;
  • Availability to work on Saturdays & public holidays on alternate basis;
  • Basic knowledge in Excel & Powerpoint.
