Assistant Corporate Communication Officer
Job MatcherResponsibilities:
- Assist and report to Corporate Communication Manager in general marketing communication works
- Prepare the schedule and content for digital and social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, e-newsletter and website
- Assist corporate communication team in organizing and attending marketing activities or events
- Liaise with outside and inside parties to carry out marketing activities.
- Provide clerical and administrative support, e.g. filing, quotation, data entry and daily news clipping
- Handling inquiry call
- Participate in ad hoc projects and perform assigned duties
Requirements:
- Degree in Public Relation, Communications, Marketing or related disciplines
- At least 1-2 years solid experience in marketing or corporate communication
- Strong sense of responsibilities; attention to detail, outgoing, self-motivated and good team spirit
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (AI and Photoshop are highly advantage)
- Experience in organizing events is an advantage
- Diligent & willing to work overtime, and meet tight deadlines
