Assistant Corporate Communication Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Assist and report to Corporate Communication Manager in general marketing communication works
  • Prepare the schedule and content for digital and social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, e-newsletter and website
  • Assist corporate communication team in organizing and attending marketing activities or events
  • Liaise with outside and inside parties to carry out marketing activities.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support, e.g. filing, quotation, data entry and daily news clipping
  • Handling inquiry call
  • Participate in ad hoc projects and perform assigned duties

 Requirements:

  • Degree in Public Relation, Communications, Marketing or related disciplines
  • At least 1-2 years solid experience in marketing or corporate communication
  • Strong sense of responsibilities; attention to detail, outgoing, self-motivated and good team spirit
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (AI and Photoshop are highly advantage)
  • Experience in organizing events is an advantage
  • Diligent & willing to work overtime, and meet tight deadlines
