Assistant Credit Manager

• Prepare credit assessment, process credit application and provide recommendations.
• Update regular reports, proposals and presentations.
• Conduct marketing research & analysis for technical & financial data.
• Review/verify loan application documents.
• Handle ad hoc duties assigned by Credit team head.
• Site Inspection and outdoor work when required.

Requirements:

• University graduate or above.
• Minimum 5 years of experience on mortgage loan approval.
• Self motivated, interpersonal and good analytical skill.
• Experience in using Excel and Power Point.
• Good command of written and spoken English and strong communication skills.
