To assist in the implementation of retail credit logistic work, including but not limited to, (i) exercising the offset of customer(s) account, (ii) sending letter(s) to customer(s) after the offset, (iii) handling IVA contributions payment by the trustees-in-bankruptcy, (iv) handling proof of debt registration, (v) following up various reports, (vi) following up credit documentation opening and (vii) documents archiving and (viii) other administrative work.
To cooperate with other teammate work arrangements.
To complete the assigned task and report the progress of work in time.
Diploma / University holder with at least 2 years working experience in banking field, preferably in exposure to retail credit area or secondary school level with at least 3 years banking experience in exposure to retail credit area.
Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese including Putonghua.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Lotus Notes and Chinese Word Processing.
