Support ad-hoc business analysis and marketing campaigns of the whole bank
Develop ad-hoc analysis and develop KPIs to support the whole bank to better understand customer needs, trends, product holdings, etc.
Assist the development of customer/ product level strategy by providing data/ analysis driven insight.
Work closely with different units (e.g. product teams, frontline units) to understand their analytic needs and develop right solution for them.
Assist the department head to supervise, motivate and provide support to the team to deliver and meet / achieve established targets / goals
Ensure proper procedural manuals and appropriate controls are in place within the department to ensure proper risk management (e.g. prevent operational loss, reduce operational risk, etc)
Ensure full compliance with internal policies, procedures, guidelines, etc
Ensure full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, codes and guidelines, etc issued by regulators (e.g. HKMA, PCO).
Ensure satisfactory audit result on relevant areas
University graduate in related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of banking experience with at least 3-year experience in customer analytic / customer segment management
Possess a wide range of banking product knowledge
Good command of latest development of information technology, e.g. “Big Data"
Fluent in both spoken and written Cantonese and English is a must, Mandarin preferred
Excellent inter-personal skill
Excellent analytical skill
Hands on knowledge in Database language, e.g. SQL, SAS and Excel
