Job Description

  • Oversees general enquiries and complaints from internal and external customers
  • Ensures daily work management is maintained - hotline, email enquiries, chats and post
  • Acts as an escalation point and liaises with relevant parties (such as supervisor, team leader or back office) to meet customers' needs
  • Manages the intra-day performance to achieve agreed SLAs and service standards
  • Produces and analyzes reporting to enhance performance
  • Leads the development of the team using QA, Coaching, Training
  • Involves in ad hoc projects and administrative works

Qualifications

  • Degree holder
  • At least 5 year Insurance or Customer Service experience in Insurance industry
  • With IIQE paper 1, 2, 3
  • Independent with strong communication and analytical skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
