The Division

The Customer and International Business Development Division (C&I) is responsible for providing quality wagering experience marketing, and CRM to local and overseas customers of the Hong Kong Jockey Club. The ultimate aim is to provide an impressive total customer experience leading to sustainable turnover growth in a responsible manner.

 

The Job

You will

  • support Customer Digital Experience Development Manager in delivering user centred digital application projects across the Club’s range of digital channels, including mobile app, website, ecommerce and cross-media platforms
  • create and manage artwork / graphic assets for use in all medium including mobile app, web/online, social media platform, video and display
  • work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate into desirable frontend UI/UX design and detail user requirements convey design thinking into visualisable plan including information architecture, wireframe and interactive prototype/mock-ups
  • support in delivering user centred UX/UI design for the Club’s digital applications and services
  • support the liaison with IT and/or external vendor on requirements, specifications, timeline, development, testing and related deliverables
  • perform user acceptance test and support in product launch

 

About You

You should have

  • bachelor degree or above in Graphics Design, Digital Product Design, Interactive Design, Multimedia Design, or other relevant disciplines
  • at least 5 years of working experience in creative and mobile app design
  • solid experience of UX/UI, interaction and visual design with a strong understanding of user centred design
  • proficient in design and prototyping software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Axure)
  • good understanding of mobile/web design trend
  • strong interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • strong business acumen, with good presentation and analytical skills
  • excellent communication (English and Chinese)
  • excellent working attitude, self-motivated and team player
  • design portfolio demonstration is required for interview

Candidate with less expereince will be consider as Senior Creative Designer / Senior Customer Digital Experience Development Officer.

 

Terms of employment

The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualification and experience. A contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate. Contract renewal will be subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual.
