For customers conducting business locally or around the world, we offer a comprehensive range of services including corporate lending, trade and receivables finance, structured loan, cash management, investment, treasury services, insurance and e-Banking services. As a reliable financial partner, we attend to the specific business needs of our customers and provide efficient tailor-made banking solutions through our relationship managers and dedicated specialists.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Customer Service & Support Manager.


Principal responsibilities

  • Manage administrative tasks of the team and provide sales support including account opening documents checking and support the execution of governance procedures and standards to ensure accuracy and compliance to various guidelines
  • Support the execution of compliance checking and provide assistance in deploying governance procedures and standards to ensure effective risk management and regulatory compliance in Business Banking
  • Handle customers’ enquires, conduct cross-selling and provide suitable banking solutions
  • Maintain a sustained and reliable support service to build good relationship with customers
  • Facilitate customers to activate the account and to utilize various banking services after account opening
  • Work closely with Line Manager to implement various business initiatives in Business Banking
  • Share best practices on sales support, review sales procedures and ensure sales compliance
  • Conduct internal control checking about insurance and investment transaction documents
  • Provide guidance to junior team members on banking operations



  • Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 3 year’s relevant experience in banking industry an advantage
  • Completed HKSI/IIQE exams and relevant investment and insurance sales licenses an advantage
  • Understanding in bills operations, credit system, credit approval and related documentation procedures an advantage
  • Strong self-motivation, with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua preferred
  • High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
  • Candidate with less experienced will be considered the position Customer Service and Support Officer
