Responsibility:

  • Handle incoming telephone calls, email & social media enquiries from customer
  • Follow-up customers’ complaints promptly to achieve customer's satisfaction
  • Provide clerical support to Customer Service & Sales Department
  • Data entry of customer service enquiry and tracking report.

Requirements:

  • Form 7 or above
  • Outstanding telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in Cantonese.  Would be a plus if conversational in English and Mandarin.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and email applications
  • Be able to manage pressure
  • Relevant experience in customer services and retails industry is preferred
