Our client is a Giant FMCG and Retail group and they are now looking for candidate for following position


  • Manage a team to resolve customer related issues and escalations of Hong Kong Ecommerce and retail market
  • Establish operation processes and procedures to ensure the quality of service operations, KPIs and management reporting
  • Responsible to handle high volume of cases
  • Monitor subordinate’s performance and offer support to CS Executive
  • Handle Hotline enquiries and escalated complaints independently and in professional manner
  • Secure good communication flow between market and teams, provide feedback and enhancement initiatives
  • Perform ad hoc project as required


  • Degree Holder with Minimum 5 years working experience in Call centre, Customer services, preferably with complaint handling and E-commerce sectors.
  • Solid experience in Customer Service environment and process management with at least 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Good command of written spoken English & Chinese 
  • Independent, detail-minded, Self-initiative and able to work under pressure
  • Good supervisory skills and able to monitor and lead team members to achieve or even exceed both team and individual KPIs
