  • Degree holder
  • Minimum 5 years experience in customer service call centre, of which 2 years at supervisory level
  • Experience in managing loyalty services is a definite advantage
  • Proficient in database and financial management and MS Office
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Good leadership, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, team player, "can do" attitude, can work under pressure
