Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise the customer service team and provide the best services and practice to our customer
  • Handle day-to-day operations including but not limited to customer enquiries and complaint handling
  • Handle escalated complaints and coordinate internal & external parties to resolve accordingly
  • Review operation procedures, practices and service delivery standards relevant to Customer Care team

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years' customer service / call centre experience with 2 years at supervisory level
  • Strong customer service skills and result-oriented towards customer service delivery
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
  • Pleasant, customer oriented, good communication and problem solving skills
  • Good command of both written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Knowledge of MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
