Assistant / Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:

  • To handle the finance product of vendor solution business
  • To perform phone checking
  • To input customer’s information
  • To prepare credit report for credit assessment
  • To handle customers and dealers’ enquiries
  • To hold business relationship with both customers and dealers, etc.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Degree Holder with good academic background
  • 1 year working experience
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
  • Mature and pleasant personality with good communication skill
  • Knowledge in credit evaluation and analysis of financial statement
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
