This position will be supporting the logistics flow of orthopedic business, requires high accuracy with good control of delivery within critical timeframe.


  • Be the direct contact point to receive Sales call and answer enquiry
  • Update Warehouse Management System timely and of excellent quality
  • Liaise with transportation and warehouse team for order dispatch
  • Keep good track of order and inventory status
  • Inventory management and control
  • Ensure all customer enquiry are being fulfilled timely


  • Tertiary educated, fresh graduate is also welcomed
  • 1-2 year of relevant experience is preferred
  • Experience in working with warehouse for local distribution and healthcare industry is an advantage
  • Excellent customer sense
  • Organized and self-motivated
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English & Chinese
  • Well versed in MS Office applications, knowledge in SAP would be an advantage
  • Willing to work hard
