Job Duties

  • Provide administrative support to Principals
    提供行政支持給Principals 
  • Assist in tender preparation
    協助招標準備 
  • Prepare sales & inventory reports & purchase order
    準備銷售和庫存報告以及採購訂單 
  • To liase with internal and external stakeholders on all order related
    與所有相關訂單的內部和外部利益相關者聯繫 

Requirements

  • Secondary education or above
    中五學歷 或以上 
  • Good PC knowledge (MS Word, & Excel)
    良好電腦知識 
  • Minimum 1 year working experience preferably in Order/Processing/Sales / Administration/Customer Service
    最少1年工作經驗,有關訂單處理/銷售/管理/客戶服務 
  • Goods interpersonal communication skill
    有良好人際溝通技巧 
  • Good command of English
    良好英文
