Assistant, Customer Services Centre (1-year contract)

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service, handle follow-up enquiries and problem solving for walk-in customers and business partners in relation to after-sales and new business service issues.
  • Handle and follow up email inquiries and phone calls
  • Handle premium collection timely and accurately
  • Perform new application screening and handle initial registration process
  • Handle complaints and ensure all the cases received are adequately investigated before escalating to management
  • Assist senior staffs to prepare monthly service report
  • Support ad-hoc tasks and projects

 

Requirements

  • Degree holder or equivalent preferable with minimum 1 years’ experience in customer service or call centre in insurance/ banking industry
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • IIQE paper I, III and V is preferred
  • Strong complaint handling skills
  • High proficiency in spoken Mandarin.
