You are required to manage and supervise customer service operation, as well as to train and monitor frontline staff to maintain high service standard. You are also required to liaise with landlord representatives, tenants and contractors to ensure excellent service deliveries.


  • Diploma or above
  • 5 years' solid customer services experience in Property Management/ relevant service oriented industry, at least 2 years in supervisory level
  • Mature, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Possess good customer service/ leadership skill and willing to serve
  • Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skill
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Hands on PC skills
