The client is a respected MNC financial group, is now seeking for as Assistant Customer Services Manager (Contact Centre / Call Center / Hotline - inbound [Non-sales])(HKD25– 32k) to join their growing team. 


  • Manage Customer Care team to monitor general email inquiries and phone calls timely and tactfully
  • Provide excellent customer services to clients    
  • Perform claims registration and insurance enquiry over the phone             
  • Feedback customers’ comments for service improvement   
  • Make suggestions for improving customer satisfaction & workflow process
  • Participate in UAT as the representative of Customer Care (Hotline)


  • Degree/ Diploma in Business, Finance, Marketing and/or Insurance Studies
  • At least 6 years working experience in Customer Services, Hotline or Call Center operations environment, preferably in insurance & banking industry
  • Agent licensing (IIQE Paper 1 & 2) is a plus but is not required
  • Familiar with Call Centre operation workflow and procedures   
  • Knowledge in wide range of General Insurance or Life insurance products will be an advantage  
  • Good communication and complaint handling skill with good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
