Assistant Customer Services Manager

  • Manage day to day operations of call centre and supervise the Customer Service team
  • Handle in-coming complaints, comments and compliments via different feedback channels with solution / alternatives provided
  • Monitor & improve the Customer Service process to increase customer satisfaction
  • Provide quality and timely customer services or solutions to our customers
  • Formulate, implement, review and update guidelines and handling processes to reduce dispute and complaints
  • Perform any other ad hoc projects and assignments as assigned


  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Service Operations or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in customer service in sizable organization in which at least 3 years at supervisory role preferable with F&B industry or retail experience
  • Strong passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Customer-oriented with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent people management, motivation and leadership skills
  • Be flexible and work under fast-paced environment
  • High level of self-motivated and target-oriented mind
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
  • Proficiency of advanced usage of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
