Job duties:

  • To provide administrative support to a senior management.
  • Follow up services on tenant requests, enquiries and complaints.
  • Monitoring rooms status and availability, coordinate with Housekeepers.
  • Provide administrative support to Housekeeping and Maintenance department.
  • Handling the incoming mails and phone calls.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree holder in any disciplines
  • 0-2 years of real estate related customer service experience, especially in hotel or serviced apartment.
  • Proactive and customer oriented.
  • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Knowledge of relevant statutory requirements, regulations and licensing requirements is an advantage.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Proactive fresh graduates will also be considered.
