Job duties:
To provide administrative support to a senior management.
Follow up services on tenant requests, enquiries and complaints.
Monitoring rooms status and availability, coordinate with Housekeepers.
Provide administrative support to Housekeeping and Maintenance department.
Handling the incoming mails and phone calls.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree holder in any disciplines
0-2 years of real estate related customer service experience, especially in hotel or serviced apartment.
Proactive and customer oriented.
Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
Able to work independently and under pressure.
Knowledge of relevant statutory requirements, regulations and licensing requirements is an advantage.
Good computer skills.
Proactive fresh graduates will also be considered.
