Assistant Customer Services Officer (Luxury Watch Industry)

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for customer services daily operation such as issuing quotation, liaison with clients and manufacturers
  • Responsible for the administration support including data input, price checking
  • Handling incoming & outgoing correspondence/ enquiries
  • Responsible for sales, customer services and watches repair reports
  • Work closely and with good communication with watch technicians
  • Assist CS Officer/ Manager on adhoc tasks
  • Handle other ad-hoc projects if needed


  • Diploma in Commercial study with at least 3 year’s solid customer services working experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and pay attention to accuracy
  • Willing to learn and a self-motivated attitude, with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both Mandarin and Cantonese)
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Candidate with experience in retail or luxury industry is highly preferred
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as "Officer"
