Assistant Digital Experience & Product Executive / Business Analyst

  • Support Product Owner in defining product requirements, use cases, work flow and manage the overall end to end project life cycle
  • Assist to execute the vision of experience owners, program owners, and product owners through product operations, including enhancement and retirement of products
  • Understand, analyse and gather continuous ABO and customer feedback while regularly engaging with product stakeholders to enhance products
  • Collaborate with internal teams include marketing, sales, operations as well as customer service
  • Vendor solutions management
  • Champion the agile methodology throughout the enterprise for rapid design and development of exceptional global products


  • Degree Holder in Marketing, Communications, Business, Computer Science, Digital Technologies, or Software Engineering
  • At least 1 – 3 years work experience in digital functions, products and services
  • Comprehensive understanding of the market, users, and roadmap of the product/application
  • Able to build strong interpersonal relationships with internal/external stakeholders
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills with ability to prioritize multiple/competing projects and assignments
