We are looking for a high calibre to be our Assistant Director of Engineering and responsible for: 
 

  • Daily operation of the Engineering department
  • Ensures that the department is operated in the safest and most efficient manner
  • Performs emergency, corrective and preventive maintenance as well as routine tasks related to the trade in all areas of the hotel
  • Ensures that all related P&P’s, SOP’s and Regulatory Engineering Practices are followed at all times
  • Assumes the responsibilities of the Director of Engineering during his absence


Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Building Services or Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years in similar position in hotel engineering
  • Good technical knowledge
  • Ability to work independently and communicate technical issue in English & Cantonese, both verbal & written
  • Proven interpersonal and team building skills
