Role Descriptions

Responsible for achieving the Banquet Revenue sales goal, maximizing the venue usage and build strong relationship with clients to enhance satisfaction. Corporate with operational department in delivering the Whatever/Whenever service to guests as well as execution of any business development events such as Wedding Expo and Global Sales Blitz.

Assist Director of Sales (Reactive) in coaching and training the Events team to ensure relevant knowledge and standard being operation with company and brand standard.  

Job Requirements

Experience - minimum 8 years experience in a 5 star luxury hotel or equivalent Events/ Catering & Convention role
Education - bachelor degree in hospitality or relevant discipline
Technical / functional competencies - Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Delphi & Opera
Language skills - fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin

W Personality - warm, welcoming, smiling and pleasant
