Hang Seng's Retail Distribution focuses on personal wealth management and financial services.  Our   one-stop wealth management initiatives are designed for both our affluent and mass integrated account customers. With more than 250 branches and automated banking centres, including over 50 Prestige Banking Centres for our high-end personal customers, we serve over half of the adult population, offering an extensive range of products.

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our Distribution Management Department as Assistant Distribution Proposition and Service Management Manager.


Principal responsibilities

  • Support formulation and implementation of sales strategies for general banking products to achieve business goals
  • Support cross-division collaboration program and ensure the achievement of program objectives
  • Collaborate with product owners and related parties in streamlining the sales process so as to enhance service delivery and customer experience
  • Maintain frequent and effective communication with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of projects and seamless customer journey
  • Support initiatives to enhance engagement and efficiency of frontline staff



  • University degree in Business Administration or other relevant qualifications
  • Around 3 years’ experience in retail banking, with knowledge of general banking products and branch support experience
  • Self-motivated with strong sales and customer orientation
  • Good planning and interpersonal skills
  • Strong drive to succeed and ability to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese with sound knowledge of application software
  • Great sense of ownership and high level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
