Our client is a famous FMCG retailer group in worldwide is now seeking a candidate for their openings

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to lead a small team and report to top management to achieve company business target
  • Develop the online eCommerce Business with the Company development roadmap
  • Work closely with IT team and external agencies to deliver strong UI/UX (including Omni-channel) and content management for creating personalized customer journeys
  • Collaborate with internal department to execute the promotional activities and e-Commerce initiatives for generating lead & traffic, engagement rate, social KPIs etc.
  • Explore and line up with other eCommerce channels or portal to drive traffic, conversion and build a strong affiliate network
  • Utilize web analytics tools to review the eCommerce performance and maximize the ROI of all promotion activities, SEO and SEM 

Requirements:

  • University graduate in eCommerce, Marketing or other business related disciplines with minimum 4 years relevant experience in eCommerce with at least 2 years at supervisory level
  • Solid exposure in retail environment or wine industry is an advantage
  • Familiar with e-commerce/digital environment and trends, with proven track record in designing and implementing online programs
  • Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, UX/UI and web analytics tools
  • Proactive team player with strategic and analytical thinking
  • Attentive to details, results-oriented and able to cope with fast-paced working environment
  • Good command of English & Chinese with strong communication and problem solving skills
