Report to the Project Manager in implementing the Foundation Works or Building Works for Superstructure
Supervise, monitor and control the quality and progress of works include those of subcontractors to ensure compliance of both contractual and statutory requirement
Liaise with the Architects / Consultants and ensure works carry out according to the approved plan, agreed method statement and quality standard
Requirements :
Higher Diploma or above in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering or Building Studies or equivalent
At least 2 years experience in Foundation Works, gained from Main Contractor is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and AutoCAD is a plus
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Immediate available is preferred
