  • Provide comprehensive property management services for the Group's designated properties
  • Manage and supervise on-site staffs to maintain high level of service and handle complaints and inquiries from authorizers / tenants and residents / occupiers
  • Enforce and implement DMC and BMO requirements
  • Prepare management budget plans and convening meetings with related parties
  • Oversee the site operation to ensure all aspects of estate management are smooth and efficient
  • Assist to liaise with the Owners Representatives and enhance the Owners and the IO satisfaction to our services
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects assigned


  • Degree holder, preferably in Estate Management or related disciplines
  • Member of HKIH/MCIH is an advantage
  • Minimum 5 – 8 years’ experience in residential building management of which 2 years should be at supervisory level
  • Conversant with DMC and BMO practices
  • Independent with good communication skills and able to work under pressure
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Chinese Word Processing is essential
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
