Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of the residential property as prescribed in accordance with the “DMC"
  • Supervising estate management team to provide full range of services of the highest standard
  • Handle complaints and inquiries
  • Assist the planning and implementation of various property improvement projects

 Requirements:

  • Degree holder, preferably in Estate Management or related disciplines
  • Holder of PMP (Tier 1) Licence
  • 3 years’ relevant experience in property management
  • Strong leadership, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Conversant with DMC with BMO practices
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
