Assistant Estate Officer (Ref: HO201805EO/AEO(C))
• Handle all rental and tenancy management
• Handle related land matters
• To coordinate property refurbishment, repair and maintenance
• To coordinate building management of property portfolio
• Assist in valuation and insurance of properties
• Take up duties assigned from time to time
• Diploma / Degree holder in Property Management or equivalent
• 3 years’ solid working experience or above
• Experience in Facilities Management is an advantage
• Proficient of Building Management Ordinance and property related ordinances
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Estate Officer
