  • Assist the manager in all serviced apartments and/or estate management operations
  • Provide quality services to tenants in line with luxurious residential building
  • Handle tenants’ enquiries/complaints
  • Supervise housekeeping and customer service staff
  • Work closely with Leasing team on new leases/renewal
  • Perform hand-/take-over of properties
  • Supervise and co-ordinate with Engineering team on renovation works
  • Monitor the performance of contractors
  • Assist in record-keeping and good control of inventory and other assets


  • Holder of certificate or diploma of hospitality industry, housing or property management
  • Not less than 5 years’ experience in either hotel operation or estate management
  • Good command of English and Chinese, including Putonghua
  • Independent with strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Proactive, service-oriented with strong team spirit
  • Knowledge and previous experience in housekeeping will be an advantage

Candidate with less experience but professionally trained in hotel/hospitality management will be considered as Customer Service Officer
