Assistant Event Manager (SS18030)

Our client is an established foreign based company in luxury services and consultancy industry. They are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to coordinate internal and external events including but not limited to industry trade shows, sponsorship events, company annual events, VIP customer invitations and luxury events.
  • Work closely with vendors and contractors on event rundown, logistics, price negotiation to facilitate a smooth end-to-end service delivery.
  • Review and update marketing collateral as necessary.
  • Assist in sourcing of premiums and coordinate clients relations activity.
  • Monitor marketing and event budgets.
  • Assist Directors on ad hoc duties and administrative task when necessary.

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Business, Marketing or Communications.
  • Experience in coordination of events for luxury brand or services.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
  • Independent, responsive, flexible, multi-tasking, strong in organization skills.
  • Willing to work in a small team. Occasional travel.
  • Proficient in MS Office
