Assistant Executive Housekeeper

  • Ensure day-to-day smooth and efficient operations of housekeeping department
  • Monitor the performance of staff and the contractors to ensure all services are meeting contract requirement;
  • Provide training, coaching and counseling to both housekeeping staff and members of outsources suppliers to maintain room cleaning standard and efficiency;
  • Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality service standards;
  • Manage operating expenses and work with the management on budget and capital expenditure planning and implementation


  • Diploma or above in Hospitality Management will be an advantage;
  • At least 5 years' working experience in the supervisory level in Housekeeping Department;
  • Sound knowledge in the use of all kinds of cleaning chemicals and equipments;
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and communications skills;
  • Able to perform administrative tasks and knowledge of MS Office applications;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
