Assistant Finance and Accounting Manager

  • University degree with minimum of 4 years corporate accounting
experience
  • Qualified accountant, preferably with external audit experience from
Big 4
  • Experience in SAP system or prior experience with accounting system
will be definitely an asset
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin
is an advantage
  • Stable, honest, well organized, independent with initiative and good
sense of responsibility
  • Immediate available is preferred

Jo Duties:
  • Responsible for the daily accounting and finance operations, full sets
of accounts, month end closing and consolidated management reporting
  • Ensure the books and records are in compliance with the company
policies, accounting standards and statutory requirements
  • Coordinate with PRC staff, particularly in reporting function with
regional financial teams
  • Handle cash flow management and company secretarial matters
  • Prepare tax computation and tax filing
  • Assist both internal and external financial and tax audits
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as required
