Job descriptions:

  • Support implementation of ERP system in different stages
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to consolidate user requirement
  • Validate accounting entries to ensure the compliance of accounting standard in each implementation stage
  • Coordinate ERP training for the internal users and stakeholders
  • Act as a main contact point between users, vendor and internal IT department
  • Data visualization, BI reporting, data dashboard design & development


  • Degree in Accounting / Finance / Information Technology / Software Engineering / Computer Science, or related field
  • Possession of a recognized professional qualification, such as CPA or ACCA is highly preferred
  • Proficient in MS office and hands-on experience in ERP system (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics / SAP / Oracle)
  • Knowledge / Experience in Power BI and VBA is definitely an advantage
  • Attention to details and strong analytical and logical skills
  • A good team player, responsible, self-motivated with good communication skills
  • Candidate with less experience and qualifications will be considered as Senior Finance Officer (ERP)
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
