Assistant Finance Manager

  • Degree holder in Accountancy or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years' accounting experience, preferably gained from multi-national companies
  • Professional qualification is a must
  • Willing to learn with positive attitude
  • Experience in consolidation is preferable but not a must
  • Knowledge on the tax rules in Hong Kong, China and United Kingdom would be an advantage 
  • Experience in SAP would be an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)

Job Duties:
  • Work for a new business and look for premium opportunities of property investment for the Group
  • Handle full set of accounts
  • Prepare monthly management reports
  • Maintain proper documentation of financial records
  • Enhance the accounting procedures and internal control environment
  • Ensure the compliance with LKKHPG's accounting policies
  • Participate in annual budget and forecast preparation
  • Prepare audit schedules and liaise with internal /external auditor on annual audit
  • Perform and supervise the accounting operations including vendor invoice processing and bank reconciliations
  • Handle intercompany transactions and reconciliations
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as necessary
