Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all aspects of restaurant operations.
  • To guide the team members and build up the team work
  • Ensure hygiene and cleanliness of the restaurant as well as staff personal hygiene and grooming up to the restaurant standards
  • Performs all other job related duties as requested.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in the food and beverage industry
  • Food and Beverage supervisory experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Leadership skill to coach and motivate frontline staff
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Eligible to work in Hong Kong
