Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee the overall food and beverage function of the hotel
  • Supervising all Food & Beverage Unit Heads and providing appropriate feedback
  • Developing and monitoring both the quantity and quality service standards in all outlets
  • Researching new products and proving an analysis of the cost/profit benefits
  • Developing and implementing strategies and policies for food & beverage
  • Ensuring that all legal requirements are consistently adhered to

 

Requirements: 

  • Degree holder in Hotel, Catering or related disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years’ managerial experience in Food & Beverage/ Banquet function, preferably in five star hotels
  • Strong business sense, proven management, analytical and leadership skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to collaborate with all departments
  • Proven management expertise in strategic planning, budgeting and profit and loss analysis
  • Innovative with a strong sense of Food and Beverage market trends
  • Good command of spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
