Assistant Food & Beverage Manager 

 

Responsibilities:  

• Report to the F&B Manager in daily operation & administration 

• Responsible for purchasing all F&B items 

• Maintain all F&B activities, promotion and event planning 

• Monitor and follow-up on training to ensure employees are equipped with skills and knowledge to meet the corporate standard and to ensure applied knowledge will put into practice 

• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and tidiness of the restaurant 

• Assist in planning and reviewing work schedules and locations for subordinates  

 

Requirements: 

• Diploma or above in hotel management or related discipline 

• Minimum 8 years’ experience, including 5 years at supervisory level in Western / fine dining restaurants, preferably in prestige hotels 

• Excellent interpersonal skills, people management skills and problem solving skills 

• Self-organized and detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility 

• Excellent command of spoken English & Mandarin
