Assists the Front Office Manager in administering front office functions and providing overall supervision to the team
To ensure guest and employee satisfaction and maximizes the financial performance of the department
Implements the customer recognition/service program, communicating and ensuring the process
Interacts with customers on a regular basis to obtain feedback on quality of product, service levels and overall satisfaction
Handles guest problems and complaints effectively
To provide on-the-job training to new colleagues
To be familiarize with all rooms location, hotel facilities and services
Hotel school graduate with Higher Diploma or above is preferable
Minimum 8 years hotel related experience
Excellent leadership & hospitality skills
Proficiency in written and spoken English & Cantonese and fluent in Mandarin speaking
Shift duty is required
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
