  • Assist Front Office Manager to oversee the Front Office Department and ensure it performs to the highest standards
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and achieve the quality standards required by the hotel
  • Ensure appropriate follow up to all guest comments, compliments, and complaints with communication to relevant departments
  • Evaluate Front Office operations and procedures and implement improvements
  • Monitor the performance and development of staff
  • Develop, organize and conduct training programs
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor


  • Degree or diploma holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years Front Office experience at a managerial level
  • Good coordination and communication skills including handling guest complaints effectively
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
