Assistant General Manager

  • Higher Diploma with solid work experience or above
  • 5 years above in banking or finance field, with solid leadership and people management experience
  • Experienced in finance business and back office operations
  • Independent, detail oriented, organized, mature thinking, good leadership and strong communication skills
  • Candidates with previous branch managerial experience in similar field would be an advantage

Job Duties:
  • Monitor branch and supervise back office daily operations and activates
  • Manage of daily office administration, ensure that the office operate smoothly
  • Ensure operational activities meet with and integrate with Group's requirements for quality management, legal stipulations, corporate governance and internal control
  • Develop vision and strategic plan to guide the departments to achieve business objectives
  • Handle any ad-hoc projects as assigned
