Job duties:

  • Provide administrative support to Group Human Resources Department;
  • Assist in handling recruitment activities such as coordinating interview, greeting candidate and verifying document;
  • Provide support on CSR & staff activities, orientation and staff training;
  • Maintain and update HR system;
  • Maintain a good filing system;
  • Assist in preparing monthly and ad-hoc reports;
  • Provide administrative and logistics support and perform ad-hoc duties as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above;
  • At least 2 years’ experience of performing clerical duties;
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Good spoken and written Chinese with conversational English;
  • A team player, proactive and energetic;
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills.
