Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide superior service related to property management
  • Assist in handling customers’ enquiries and requests 

Job Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above
  • At least 1 year's customer service experience, preferably in hospitality, tourism, hotel or related service industry
  • People-oriented with full commitment to customer service
  • Proactive and able to work under high pressure
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word processing
  • Shift duty is required
