Assistant Guest Relations Officer (Serviced Apartment) - Kennedy Town

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and perform day to day operation
  • Liaise with other department and outside contractors to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Able to handle both guest complaints and enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner

Job Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above
  • At least 1 year's customer service experience, preferably in hospitality, tourism, hotel or related service industry
  • Experience in the operations of serviced apartments/residences will be an advantage
  • Service-oriented, mature, independent and able to work under pressure
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Computer literate in Ms Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Shift duty is required 

Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Guest Relations Officer.
