Assistant Guest Service Supervisor

Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor the daily operations of Front Desk
- Maximize the daily room sales revenue through inventory control and upselling
- Work as a team with other departments in handling guest enquiries and complaints

Requirements
- Degree / Higher Diploma holder in Hotel Management or related discipline
- At least 3 years hotel front desk working experience
- Solid knowledge on courteous manner of handling guests enquiries and complaints
- Knowledge of front office procedures and computer systems
- Proficiency in PC knowledge
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, additional language would be an advantage
