Assistant Guest Services Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operation of Front Desk and assist Guest Services Manager on monitoring the guest services level.
  • Provide on-the-job training to Guest Services team and trainees.
  • Maximize the daily room occupancy and revenue.
  • Amend the up-sell package base on market trend and customer’s needs.
  • Handle guest complaints.

Requirements:
 

  • Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management.
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience gained in hospitality industry.
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua, ability to speak other languages would be an advantage.
  • Pleasant and outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in opera system, Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing.
  • Independent and able to work under pressure.
