conduct feasibility studies and impact analysis of systems/technology implementation and related procedural changes
define system requirements, analyze and define business processes and operational procedures
prepare proposals to management for IT department related business initiatives
work and collaborate closely with IT department on identification and evaluation of solutions for business consideration; work as the focal contact point between various business units and IT department to attend to user requests
manage product system problems and enforce system security and change control
report to Project Manager on day-to-day matters
You should have:
a degree holder with minimum of 5-year experience, hospitality industry preferred, including 3 years in business analyst and project management
experience in managing user acceptance test, system implementation and daily operations support, and system administration preferably on MS Windows and Linux
sound knowledge in CRM, Hospitality POS system, Hospitality Material Purchasing and Inventory system, Mobile APP and Staff Scheduling
excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
able to perform multi-tasking and work independently
